7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with SpeakLingua Premium, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@speaklingua.app with your registered email address and payment ID (available in the Razorpay confirmation email). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

After 7 days

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve it or provide a credit.

Lifetime plans

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After that window, lifetime plans are non-refundable.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged more than once for the same plan, contact us immediately at support@speaklingua.app and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

Failed payments

If your payment failed but your bank account was debited, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Contact us if it takes longer.
